Returns Policy

Make the most of our 30 day money back guarantee! This means, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

We want all of our customers to feel confident and satisfied when shopping with us so we are offering free, no hassle returns and exchanges on all our products (UK Only)

Should you wish to make a return you can do so by emailing us office@attren.com within 30 days of receiving your order to be entitled to a exchange or refund. We will then send you a QR code to use at your nearest post office

All returned items must be unworn and in a perfect re-sellable condition

PLEASE ENSURE THE ITEM(S) ARE WELL PACKAGED TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED ITEMS UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AT OUR PREMISES. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at  office@attren.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
